Continuing Education Credits INFO:
The Empowered to Connect Conference is a wonderful opportunity for professionals to receive continuing education credits to use towards their licensing requirements. In previous years, the event has been approved by the National Association of Social Workers for 11 hours. The Empowered to Connect Conference and Simulcast has been approved by the National Board of Certified Counselors for NBCC credit. Show Hope is responsible for all aspects of the program (NBCC Approval Number SP-2801).
One change in 2017 is that the National Association of Social Workers now considers the simulcast a distance learning event. This classification will require professionals desiring credit from NASW to complete a post-test after attending the conference. Additional details will be sent to registered professionals and they must indicate they would like to pursue this option when registering.
Each professional interested in receiving hours and a professional certificate is required to register and pay a separate fee at www.etccontinuingeducation2017.eventbrite.com.
